Chefs, Sommeliers and Winemakers Ian Eastveld and Ryan Levy have partnered with Familia Otero Ramos for over a decade to produce the highest quality wines from their sustainably farmed vineyards in Lujan de Cuyo.

This elegant and well-balanced blend is the culmination of many years of friendship and collaboration between our two winemaking families.

The richness of the Petit Verdot grapes and the structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon give the Malbec base of this wine an infusion of power and refinement reminiscent of the best Bordeaux wines.

Varietals: 70% Malbec. 15% Petit Verdot. 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting notes of cherry, red roses, coffee beans, and vanilla. This wine will drink well with 20 minutes of decanting. Pair with grilled meats and barbecue or Italian cheeses. If you would like to mature additional bottles, they will cellar nicely into 2030.
