Nice Winemakers Reserve Brut Rosé

Crafted from traditional Champagne grape varietals grown in California's cool North Coast, our Winemaker's Reserve Brut Rosé is deliciously elegant and complex with a dry, crisp finish. It is a blend of the traditional Champagne varietals with 70% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Noir, and 2% Pinot Meunier. Two years of aging on the less imparts a toasted brioche note on the finish. 

This wine has vibrant acidity and small effervescent bubbles balanced with a creamy texture and luxurious finish, with notes of raspberry, lilies, rainfall, green apples, and  toasted brioche. Enjoy our Brut Rosé on its own, or pair it with chocolate-covered strawberries, goat cheese crostada, or fried chicken.
