This sustainably farmed, handcrafted wine is the result of a decade long collaboration between our dear friend, acclaimed Washington Winemaker Justin Neufeld and Nice Winery Winemakers, Chefs, and Sommeliers Ryan Levy and Ian Eastveld.  Small batch fermentation, extended cold soak maceration, and hand punchdowns have ensured the full potential and expression of this exquisite Malbec. We guarantee this wine is built to impress. As you pour it into the glass, you will note deep purple and opulent intensity with strong notes of blackberry jam, dark cherry, dried herbs, and elegant oak.  Pair this with grilled steak, roasted pork loin, or aged cheeses.  Prime flavor expression will be achieved by decanting this wine for 20 minutes before serving.  Enjoy this wine now with decanting, and be sure to grab a few more bottles to age gracefully for the next 7-10 years.
