Leviathan Wine Company was founded by legendary winemaker Andy Erickson, the former winemaker at Screaming Eagle. This wine is a big, juicy wine that will appeal to those who enjoy flashy, extroverted reds. Copious red cherry jam, red plum, spice, vanilla and oak are pushed forward in this flamboyant, racy Cabernet Sauvignon-based red. The grapes for this wine are sourced from some of the most sought-after vineyards in California to create a distinctive and compelling blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.

This wine will benefit from 20 minutes of decanting before it's devoured. Pair it with a Stilton blue cheese or Roquefort Papillon.
